RACHEL O’HANLON-RODRIGUEZ, she/her they/them

 Rachel is a multidisciplinary performance-based artist, organizer, trauma informed teaching artist and facilitator, with ten years of experience in non-profit arts administration. Rachel joined Spiral Q as Operations Associate in 2021 to work more directly toward justice and equity with community members and organizers. Rachel has received training in anti-racism facilitation through the Equity & Justice for Institutional Change program at No Dream Deferred (based in New Orleans, LA) and in trauma informed teaching practices through Stockton Rush Bartol Foundation. Rachel received their Master’s in Theater with a Certification in Nonprofit Management from Villanova University in 2017 where they received a Presidential Fellowship. Rachel’s work is deeply rooted in harm reduction, healing, and building community through storytelling and conversation. Outside of administration, they have spent the last decade working with various theater companies across the region (Wilma Theater, Eagle Theater, Del Shakes, Theatre Exile, DieCast) in addition to making their own creative work.
