| Peoplehood 2022 celebrates 22 years of honoring those living and working at the forefront of anti-oppression and anti-discrimination work. This year we are have partnered with more than 34 organizations, making this Peoplehood our biggest parade yet! Here’s everything you need to know about this year’s Peoplehood Parade & Pageant |
| Peoplehood is a space to be our fullest selves, center our most marginalized communities, and celebrate work towards our collective liberation. The Parade begins at 1pm, and winds its way to Clark Park where it ends and culminates in a Pageant beginning at 2:15pm in “the bowl.” Check out our new Know Before You Go Guide with the full details! This year’s pageant is a cabaret-style offering of skits and speeches that uplift the stories of our partners atThe Cesar Andeau Iglesias Garden, the residents of The People’s Townhomes, and ACT UP Philadelphia. There will be drumming by the incredible West Powelton Drum & Step Team as well as The Healing & Reconciliation Dance. Everyone can be a part of making the pageant come to life!
