A community-driven, bilingual learning center in North Philadelphia that offers innovative youth and community programming including after school programs for youth K-8th grades, arts and media programs for youth 14 and up, urban gardening and a year round CSA for community residents of all ages.

Norris Square Civic Association (NSCA) is a community development corporation founded in 1983 by a group of community women who desired to take control of their neighborhood and provide a healthy and safe environment for their children. The mission of NSCA is to empower residents to become self-reliant and to unite and build the community by developing and improving the physical, economic, social, cultural and educational aspects of the neighborhood.

Spiral Q means to me… a bond of hope, a caring warm feeling that is brought to our community and neighborhoods of ALL color backgrounds. Spiral Q is a true inspiration to all of us out here. You all bring LOVE within our circle, where kids need to be told daily how important education is, and how important it is to collaborate with others. Not only did Spiral Q change the lives of others but, it has change my life as well to be able to be a part of what you bring to this city, Spiral Q is by far the most greatest community organization I have ever seen, in it’s dedication, creations, and love. This is why SPIRAL Q PUPPET THEATER is very much needed in our community. Look at this picture, and it will give you a thousand more reason why we need it!!!! SPIRAL Q ROCKS!!!!
