Spiral Q led a series of three Play Streets events in West Philadelphia this July – sponsored by West Philadelphia Promise Neighborhoods. Each week Spiral Q artists and West Powelton Drum Squad created a mini parade with kids and neighbors and led kids in activities including drumming, mask making, screen printing, and games.
