Spiral Q just wrapped up a 10 hour experiential training with our SPARQ team – artists went through a sped up version of the process that the students in our SPARQ in Schools program go through) and other residencies with adults too!); learning not only puppet making skills but the Q’s values based pedagogy that seeks to build community, confidence, leadership and joy in all that participate.
