Building teams is a big part of our SPARQ in schools program. When you’re making parades and puppets there are so many skills needed and you can’t do it alone – people who are good at concept, design, sculpting, paper mache, people who are supportive and funny, painters and movers and rhyme makers, people who can get loud and people who are quiet and concentrated, people who like to perform, people who are strong and can carry the puppet, and people who can encourage them on.
