Annie Daley is an artist and educator who currently lives and works in Philadelphia. She continually is investigating how art and community can coincide with one another through public art, theatrical parades and using recycled media in her classes. Currently she works as an educator and artist for Spiral Q Puppet Theater and the Barnes Foundation. She has a teaching philosophy of inclusion no matter what level of art experience the student has. Art education to her is a priority not a privilege. Daley graduated from Tyler School of Art at Temple University with a BA in studio art and art history in 2009. Since then she has received various awards and has been invited to teach special workshops including a fellowship, at an artist residence, Salem Art Works, as well as a puppetry workshop for the Bartol Foundation.
