Reflecting both its origins and its evolution, Spiral Q has designed a unique model that connects our five program areas into an emerging citywide Urban Arts Democracy.
Activities are spearheaded by Spiral Q's staff members, board and company volunteers, along with partnering organizations and their constituents.
