PEOPLEHOOD 2021

Peoplehood celebrates 21 years of honoring those living and working at the forefront of anti-oppression and anti-discrimination work. This year we are working with an assortment of activist groups toward their art in action needs  – – – and this pageantry will be in the parade as we create sections that represent the crises our communities have faced over the last 2 years, celebrate our communities’ resilience and honor those we’ve lost.

With giant puppets, stilt walkers, costumes, and drum lines, PEOPLEHOOD energizes and unites Spiral Q’s diverse communities as folks from all over Philly take to the streets of West Philadelphia.

Email community@spiralq.org or call 215-222-6979 if you have any questions.
